Creating my first Photo eBook, advice welcome!

Hello there, first post to this communtity.

I feel that it is long overdue and I'd like to publish my firt E-photo-book. I have installed a trial version of InDesign. I am a total novice and not quite sure where to start and a Google search etc just throws up so much info it's enough to make my brain explode.

At a glance I'm thinking I need to be making EPUB format. But where to start with sizing, best resolution etc.

Because that's the amount of info you'd need to know.

If you've never used InDesign before, and also never published an eBook before, then you won't get far on your own.

You have two choices:

-Hire a professional who'd create the book for you,

or

-Invest appropriate time and resources in proper training and experience acquisition.

Maybe others will chime in to suggest specific courses and other resources.

You can also just feed your question to ChatGPT, which will spill some basic suggestions for you (which, again, won't get you far if you don't know InDesign), as well as a suggestion to get training.
