Creating Text Anchor in Book (InDesign)

Hi, 

I'm currently putting together a long book document in InDesign. I need to create hyperlinks (text anchors) for text between documents within the book.

I've created a left hand navigation that is duplicated throughout the book with each of the sections (i.e. Creative Industries Faculty, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Health etc.), and then I've also created cover pages for each of these sections. I need to create text anchors that link the cover page for a section with the left hand navigation.

Is this possible throughout a long form book in InDesign? Which document do I use as the master for this?
