Cropped / faulty InDesign exported PDF

Hello,

I am pulling my hair: even though I have made a lot of projects on past versions of InDesign I cannot get past the following issue: when exporting the following document I get a cropped PDF that looks like this.

I think I have double-checked layer options and looked for other potential culprits, but I just cannot identify the issue. Interestingly, moreover, the document appears cropped/partially exported only on Adobe Reader. Other PDF viewers such as Windows 10 Reader seem unaffected (the document appears as in InDesign).

Any clue?

Best regards,

Géraud Lernais

No button in sight, sir. Also it prints flawlessly. The whole thing makes little sense to me.

Here is the source file.

Downloaded the file and exported it and everything is fine here.

Not sure what to tell you now.

How did you create the background?

Simple backgrounded black borderless block.

Try to copy/paste that frame to a new document and export that to PDF. I want to check to see if it's something odd in the frame or the document.

You are exporting to PDF, right? What are the export settings?
