Cross reference headings within index

Hi,

I have a cookbook and I'd like to add the name of the recipe before its page number in the index. So something like:

A

  APPLE

    Apple pie 12,  Apple strudel 15

 APRICOT

    Granola 20

B

  BANANA

    Banana smoothie 100

  CINNAMON

    Hot chocolate 10,  Pilau rice 50

Sorry if these entries are a bit random! I don't have the real text yet. But basically I see it as a a cross between a table of contents and an index because it includes the paragraph styles which are section headers (Apple pie, apple strudel) but is sorted alphabetically like an index. Any thoughts please?
