Cross Reference leading to button on other page

Question

Is it possible to create a cross reference to take users to another page, and select an option from there to fill out the form? For example, we need users to select a siding type (horizontal vinyl, board and batten, architectural shakes) when they select one the hyperlink would take them to the page where the sample colors are listed. When they would pick one it would return them to the main page to keep filling out the form?

There are ways to make form fields conditional but you're going to need to do it in Acrobat. FWIW, I have no idea why you'd want to jump through the hoops to do this when it's so easy to create forms for website that have conditional fields.
