[CS3] How to add context menu item to page icon in Pages panel

Hello fellow InDesign developers,

I scanned SDK and forums and couldnt figure out how to add a context menu to page icons in pages panel. It is possible, since "Page Control" plugin from DTP Tools pulled it off. Here is a screenshot of the pluging for reference.
