[CS3] How to get a list of paragraph styles?

Hello Alois,

Look for "Style Group Porting Tasks" in CS2to CS3 porting guide.
Style groups have changed the way it used to work. With CS3 IStyleGroupManager is handling these.

The code seems to be for an earlier version of InDesign.

IID_IPARASTYLENAMETABLE is in the header file replaced by IID_IPARASTYLENAMETABLE_OBSOLETE.

And I get only one paragraph style. A Javascript programm shows two paragraph styles.
