CS3 will not save or save as

Hello!
I am currently running ID CS3 on my company's mac and a couple days ago we ran into a problem where the program suddenly would not let me save or save as. I can export as a PDF though.

I believe the mac is running OS X v 10.9.5. Please let me know if there's any other information you need to help me troubleshoot.

If I get your query correctly, 'save' and 'save as' options are not working while using InDesign CS3?

In order to assist you further, we would need some details like:

Is it happening with a specific file or multiple files and new files as well?

Please check with your Office IT team if your user account has complete admin rights or not?

Hi there!

That is correct.

It has been happening with all files. We've tried editing really old files and making new files and neither times has save/save as worked.

The mac system is OS X version 10.9.5.

And I believe the system should have admin rights.
