[CS5 Mac SDK] Missing DataBaseLib.dylib

If you use latest InDesign CS5 Products SDK on Mac and find $SDK_FOLDER/build/mac/release/packagefolder/contents/macos/DataBaseLib.dylib is missing, here is a workaround.

Copy /Applications/Adobe InDesign CS5/Adobe InDesign CS5.app/Contents/MacOS/DataBaseLib.dylib

to $SDK_FOLDER/build/mac/release/packagefolder/contents/macos
