Custom Bullet Doesn't show up in Ebook

Hi. I created a custom bullet for a client but it doesn't show up when I export it to ebook. What did I do wrong?

is this custom bullet an anchored graphic or image?

Is it an anchored object ( group of objects perhaps ) you drew in InDesign?

What kind of ebook do you produce? What are the settings you are doing while exporting?

What's your version of InDesign and operating system?
