custom Keyboard shortcuts not working in InDesign CC after Mojave update

Before the Mojave update in Mac, I set some custom keyboard shortcuts. After the Mojave update i noticed they stoped working. I have deleted the preferences, renamed the preferences Version# to old Version#, both in preferences and in the caches They still don't work. Any ideas?

    Thank you! … After a full computer restart it started working again…I will keep an eye on it

    Have you tried using the command "Edit > Migrate Previous Local Settings" in CC 2019?
