Custom Paragraph Sorting in Indesign - non European language

Hello

I need to paragraph sort an Indesign document with headwords written in Cree Syllabics (UTF-8). I am wondering whether there is a scripting solution? Any suggestions or help would be useful.

The font in question is BJCree UNI and I have the character order I would like the program to use.

For any professionals who see this - I would be happy to pay for assistance, so if you want to contact me with a quote please don't hesitate.

Thanks,

John

There are multiple scripting solutions available to you. I'm personally partial to @Peter Kahrel 's Language-aware paragraph sorter for many reasons. It makes it very easy to specify a custom sort order.

Hey there,

When it comes to sorting paragraphs, @Marc Autret has done a stratospheric job with his SmartSort
Go get it there. It's free and awesome!
There is nothing anywhere near that script. It is just … well, I'm speechless.
