Customizing Paragraph Styles To Allow Dual Font Formats

Dear community, is there any way to create a custom paragraph style to allow bullets to have the first two or three words or any words before the dash be bold and blue and then any words after the dash be black and regular same font?

Have you tried nesting a character style of bold/blue up to the dash and then no style up to the forced line break?
