Damaged InDesign File (idlk)

Can you guys help me out???

When I wanted to save my InDesign file, this error happaned. Now I Cannot open it anymore...
This is the name of the file: ~reflectieverslag~p$idg8.idlk

Do you know how I can fix this?

"Where can I find my back-ups?"  Where you put them. This doesn't happen unless you back up. Do you really not backup your computer, to protect against the computer going wrong, or being stolen? If you don't backup, expect to lose things. Your file is gone.

If you can't recover the INDD file at all, you can check out Markzware.com's file recovery service.

That's a lock file, not an InDesign file.

You'll need to supply a lot more detail if you want help.

Version of InDesign, operating system, specific error messages.

It was an Indd file. When I tried to safe it, my Indd crashed and the only file what was left was the lock file..

It's in Dutch. Hope that doesn't matter...
