Data Merge

Just having difficulty learning how to use Data Merge 

I have a catalogue with around 200 proudcts, I have two titles I need to include - Name, Colour.

When I use data merge, it only supplies the one product, how do I display the other products in the list? 

Sorry very noob question!!

You need to choose Create Merged Document from the Data Merge panel menu.

Either that, or cycle through the preview panel. If you need all the products fit on a page, you would use the Multiple Records option when creating the merge
