data merge date source only showing one record

When I try and do a data merge from a text document, only the first record shows up. The following is what my text document looks like. inDesign CC 12.0.0.81

    Hi

    You need to add a "title field" before your entries:

    example:

    Number

    N° 001

    N° 002

    N° 003

    etc.
