Hello, Need some real urgent help. I have a project to create Name Tags for students and counselors for a Summer Camp. The challenge is that I have to color code the tags for campers, and there are two kinds of campers, Day-campers and Overnight-campers, so those need to be differentiated, and then a different color name tags for counselor. All my data is just in one Excel spread sheet. What's the best way to tackle this, please help. Thanking all in advance.

Correct answer SJRiegel

I would make graphic files of the correct size and shape, and use an image field in InDesign to include them in the merge.

The other option would be to divide your merge data into three files, with a separate merge template for each type of name tag.

Thank You, SJRiegel, will give it a try. This is the first time I am working with this kind of process, so will see how far I can go.
