And as @Abhishek Rao suggested - you can download an older version - but right now it's only 2024 / v19.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how inconvenient this must be-let’s work together to sort it out! Could you please share your OS details and confirm whether you're using InDesign 20.0 or 20.0.1? You can check this by going to Help > About InDesign.
Also, if possible, could you share a screen recording of the entire workflow, showing what’s not working with Data Merge in the 2025 version? This will help us understand the issue better.
Regarding your question, yes, you can download the 2024 version. Just open the Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to Apps > InDesign, click the triple dots next to InDesign, select Other versions, and choose an older version like 19.5 or 19.4 to start the download.
