Data merge to pdf / single intro page, multiple data content pages

Hi

I'm trying to produce a pdf document from InDesign via a .csv data merge.

The final pdf will have an introduction page, followed by multiple data content pages. Only the data content pages will be mail merged.

Does anybody know if it's possible to setup InDesign merge so I get, for example: p1 = intro, p2 = data from .csv row 1 ... page n =  data from .csv row n?

The easiest way to set this up would be to have your intro page in a separate document, and joined it to the merged one in an InDesign book panel.
