Data merging not working, not displaying images

Hi, my data merge is not working.
I create a csv file in excel. I upload it to indesign 20.1 but the images won't load. If I process the same file in version 19.0 everything goes without a problem.
The CSV file is not specially formatted. I also tried tab delimited text (from excel) but that doesn't work either.
