Datamerge and API - is that true?
Hello brilliant Comm,
our new DAM-company supplied us with their plugin to access the assets.
After some days hands-on, I noticed that data-merge isnt possible anymore, and the links the plugin produces to cater the image-data cant be used thru the data-merge feature.
Now my question to the anser of their support:
"Our developer told that he's totally unsure this is even possible from the Adobe API. It's at least not documented. He sent the question to Adobe to see if this would be possible. When he get the feedback from Adobe, I'll be notified from our internal database in which I reported this.(…) If Adobe confirms it as being possible, we will (…)"
Can you guys backen this up? Or am I getting alternative facts here?
