Datei von Adobe Express erscheint nicht im Adobe Desgin / Für Sie freigeben oder als Vorlage

Ich habe in adobe Express eine vorlage erstellt und kan sie jetzt in adobe desgin nicht sehen. Ist in der Rubrik bei Express unter eigene Vorlagen. Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?

Hier die Screenshot von Adobe Express und Adobe Desgin. Bei Adobe Desgin kommt die Datei bei "Für Sie freigegben " nicth erscheinung und auch nicht bei Ihre Dateien. Auch bei Vorlagen nicht.

Hi @Projektleitung,

 

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I tested this on my end and was able to see my template appear in the Templates section of the InDesign Home tab. Please try saving your file in Express as a published template again, then sign out and back into both Express and InDesign using the same Adobe ID to refresh the sync. After signing back in, wait a few minutes and check if it appears under Templates.

 

Let me know if the file shows up after this or if it's still not syncing.

Das funktioniert nicht. Es erfolgt keine Synchronisation mit der Desktopversion.
