Deactivate a device on Indesign.

Can someone provide current up to date information on how to deactivate one of my three devices? Available posts have outdated info and its impossible to find the area to do this. The only other option I have is to try and use the unactivated device, which then gives me the opportunity to deactivate one of the other two devices. Find it hard to believe that is the only way. Online rep claimed that it is not possible. Is that true?

Log out of CC from the CC Desktop app.

With the current Cloud subscription, if I log into a 3rd machine I am prompted to log out of one of the other 2. Are you not receiving this prompt?
