i have a iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2019) 3,6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4.

When I'm working, mostly with InDesign, the computer is very slow and InDesign crashes frequently. As you can see in the attached images, in the gray space outside the pages, and in the pages, it often has random colors and spots. Has it ever happened to anyone? what could be happening?
