Deleting gradient swatches crashes InDesign

There are 4 custom gradient swatches in this document, each of them crashes ID when modified or deleted. The document is empty but has a file size of 22 MB?!

This document is corrupt.

But if you export it to IDML and then reopen the IDML file and save it as INDD, the file will function.

These gradients are oddly made, tho.
