hi! I would like to ask when the 14 days (in order to delete my account whithout paying a fee/getting my money back) starts, if during the free period or after the frist payment, thanks in advance!

I believe the In Design trial period is seven days. You manage your Adobe account in Account Settings via the drop-down menu (top right) of the Creative Cloud app.
