In the latest version of InDesign it is not supported Diacritic positioning for the Arabic language

You need to have the ME version of InDesign

Maybe your font doesn't support it? Because it works for me in a variety of fonts in the latest version of InDeisgn. Here's a gif of it working as designed.

What the feature do you mean, can you do a screenshots of what you have and what you need?

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
