Dialog boxes stuck off screen

Ive seen this issue for most, if not all Adobe software lately. Just curious if anything has been done to fix the issue. Deleting workspaces does not seem like a long term option.

I do have my own silly fix I thought I would share in the mean time in case it helps anyone else.

Im on a mac (10.12.6), set up with dual monitors, with all of my tools set on the second monitor. those are the ones that go 'off' the edge.

In system preferences, I set my second monitor to 90 degrees so I can see all the missing bits and wrestle with my mouse til I can drag them back over to my main screen. Ive then re-set my workspaces with things not so close to the edges and re-save.

Im not sure how great an option this is either for the long term, but if it can help anyone else out in the mean time, I thought I would share
