Dialogbox "Fileinformation" nor correctly displayed

Question

When opening the "Fileinformation" dialogbox , the box is displayed, but too big and can not be resized. When trying to moved it, it can suddenly disappear and Indesign can only be closed via Taskmanager.

This seems to be a bug existing since many years (since 2016 !!!) affecting HighDPI monitors and also being present in other Adobe CC apps:

In my case it happened with latest Indesign, latest Win11 on a Lenovo notebook with a 15" HighDPI screen.

Wondering why Adobe is not able to solve this problem
