Digital publishing

When I want to make a document in digital publishing and want to add a video Indesign crashes. To place the video is no problem, but to open Media or epub afterworth it doesn't work anymore. Media will sometimes open and if I want to open or replace it it just vanish. Sometimes I see it behind my documents, on the starting page. But can't work with it...

Does anyone has this problem? I tried it on 2 differant laptops and work with Indesign 15.0.1
