Disconnected!!

I am getting a Disconnected message every time I try to load a review link. Not sure how to reconnect. I have tried logging out and back in. No change. This is the message:

Disconnected
You can view and manage review links when your connection is restored

Thanks for reaching out. Could you share more details, like the version of the OS installed, if this happens with all links, if you have a VPN/Firewall enabled, and a screenshot of the error message, so we can better assist you?

Thanks for your response. I actually ended up getting in touch with an agent and they fixed the issue.  This is now resolved. Thanks again.
