Display fonts and styles issue in InDesign panel

Good evening!
Since the latest InDesign update (20.5), I've been having issues displaying fonts and styles in the panel.
While previously, when selecting non-homogeneous text (different fonts or roman and italic) the box remained empty, now "majority" fonts and styles appear. Is this a problem with this update or with my PC (Windows 10)? Thank you in advance

Thanks for sharing the video and details. Could you try rolling back to the version where it worked for you and create a quick screen recording of that workflow as well? Since the issue appears when selecting text with both Roman and Italic fonts, please also try resetting InDesign preferences and let me know if that helps. Can you confirm if this happens in all documents or just a specific one? If it's limited to one file, saving it as an IDML and reopening it may clear any corruption. If possible, please share a sample file, so we can test it on our side.

Hi!

First I uninstalled version 20.5 and restored the previous version: no changes.

Then I tried deleting the character styles (which contained a roman, italic, or bold formatting) while keeping the formatting: no changes.
I converted the file to .idml: the style box finally appeared empty.
I saved the file to .indd and finally the style box appears empty.
Since there were many corrupt files, I didn't realize that individual files were having problems, and instead thought it was a bug.

    Also, try running InDesign under a different administrator account (Windows) and share your observations.

    Hi!
    Unlike yesterday, today I had no problems selecting text in different fonts, but the issue persists if I select text containing both Roman and Italic fonts.
    (I shot the video without logging in with another administrator account.)
