Display issue with InDesign

Hey all. Bit of a display query. For my sins I've reverted back to PC after using a Mac for a few years. As I've made this switch a few times over the years I know there's no difference in functionality but I am stumped with display settings. In InDesign I have a spread that on my Mac I'd be happy to design with the spread in the window, but on my PC it's really low quality, even when on High Quality Display. The text is also quite jagged, suggesting a greek text issue, but doesn't explain the poor image quality. When zoomed out, the quality is almost as if it's on typical display. When I zoom in, everything is perfect. Is there a setting I need to change, this simple issue has slowed me right down today :D. Thanks all.

Full spread... yellow link and all text poor quality.

Zoomed in... yellow link and text are fine.

What is native pixel rez on your windows monitor versus your mac monitor? Or is it the same monitor?

In Preferences > Display Performance, do you have it set to High Quality Display (2 times) and don't Preserve Object Level Display Settings?

Are all links up-do-date?

Hi Mike. I've checked your settings above and they tally with what I have selected.

Re: resolution - I was on the older/larger imac (5120 x 2880) vs a new monitor which is ... 😞 ... 1920 x 1080
