Do I need multiple adobe ID's

I have a a 5 seat license for indesign and I have the Creative Cloud app ready, but when I go to launch the app it asks for an ID.  Will the users of this program need to create one in order to use the package?

    You need to assign licence to 5 different ID one for each user. Click here for details : Manage your teams membership
