Does Adobe have InDesign SDK (not InDesign) support team?

I'm facing a problem that may caused by the bug of InDesign SDK. Refer to http://forums.adobe.com/message/4323748#4323748 for details.

Does anyone know how to contact the InDesign SDK support?

Thank you John.

I asked the InDesign technical support for help. I am told that the SDK is supported by Adobe Server Support team and i have to but the support plan if i want to get help from them.

Anyway, i'm looking for the workaround to avoid the issue.

I asked the InDesign technical support for help. I am told that the SDK is supported by Adobe Server Support team and i have to [buy] the support plan if i want to get help from them.

I'm pretty sure you can purchase support for a single incident for a reasonable amount (I think it is either $140 or $200), so do not feel obligated to purchase a support plan.
