I just got new monitors - every time I use Indesign now this is how my selection tool looks, and I can't move objects. I've already reset my preferences, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled my indesign. It works fine on my laptop screen. It sometimes creates a "snippet" on my desktop when I try to move an object. I can still move things with my arrow keys. This is what it looks like.
