Dot in blanks Problem

 Hi. I applied this tab setting to my text to create a table of contents for my magazine and it worked for a moment. But now I try to create another paragraph and it appears

 This dots at every blank on my paragraph and i searched for fixing this people offering to go paragraph styles and fix this by usin this window but its already off. I looked the tabs section to find any 'Leader' to find dot i wrote but i couldnt find any. I also tried reseting preferences but nothing changed. I deleted the app and reinstall it but still same. What should I do to fix that. Thank you.
