Good Morning,

I have an old sumary that is not bound to a style. How can I create a new sumary by applying the dots between the text and the page number?

Example in the image.

You need to specify a Tab Leader in the Tabs dialog box:

Set tabs and indents in Adobe InDesign

See the "Add tab leaders" section
