Double Checking Text Sizes Used

I work in the engineering industry and write a lot proposals with minimum text size requirements. I use paragraph styles, but is there a way to check to make sure my whole document doesn't have any text smaller than what is required? There are overrides here and there, so just want to make sure everything is in compliance because if it's not, you get DQ'd.

You could define a Preflight Profile and inside it you could define a minimum-allowable type size.
