Download PDF fron Publish Online Dashboard

When I sent a link from Pulish Online Dashboard, I miss the function of download PDF for the customer. Why is that not possible?

    Hi @carsten_6328

     

    If understood you currently, your customers are not able to download the published document through the link you share. Right (correct me if misunderstood)? While publishing the document using Publish Online, please ensure that the "Allow viewers to download as a PDF" option is enabled under the Advanced tab. This will allow customers to download the PDF from the shared link.

     

    Please give it a try and let me know if that helps!

    When I made my InDesign document ready online on my Dashboard it is not possible to get it interactive. I have made the InDesign document interactive but it dissappear from both the online document and if I download a PDF from the Dashboard. Will Adobe made this poosible in the future?

    It's already possible to have an interactive online version - begs the quesiton what did  you do to make things interactive? 

     

    Not really sure how to answer your query without a lot more info to your process and expectations.
