Dragging asset to cc Library results in grey box with "text 1"

When I drag an asset to CC Library, I get a grey box with "text 1" - what am I doing wrong?

    What you have done is to copy the text. If you want the frame's appearance copied, click the + at the bottom of  the CC Libraries panel, and from the menu, select "Graphic". It will show in the CC Library as a Graphic.
