drop caps and text wrap

I don't know why this would be designed this way, but is there a way to make it so that one line isn't covered by the bottom of the drop capped "J"?

I would select the J and use a baseline shift to move it up.

The option 'Scale for Descenders' might also work in some cases, depending upon the Typeface selected.
