duplicate spread shortcut : no option

Just notice it today : there is no shortcut (and it cannot be created !) for Layout>Pages>Duplicate Spread... 😕😕

Why that adobe ?? 😞

It's in the Panel Menu - and then you can see it's added to the section of the Layout menu

I just hit show set then search the text file that pops up

My question: you have to select the spread(s) first anyway. Why not just right click at that time?
