Duplicating page with table of numbered form fields reverses row order on the duplicate

I have a page with a table of 9 columns and 50 rows, with each cell containing a text form field. The form field names end with the numbers 1 through 50 to indicate the row. When I duplicate the page, it increments the number to 51 through 100, but it does so from the bottom up! What could be causing that and is there a way to fix it? I would like to not have to copy and paste the fields in the cells again for the additional 9 pages I intend to duplicate. And, the reason I do it this way is that I use the FormMaker add-in to export to PDF and I have to use text cells and not graphic cells for the form fields in order for all paragraph attributes and scripts (it mimics what you do in Acrobat without having to remediate it there) in InDesign to export out to PDF. I have attached the file.
