Dynamic Section headers and footers and Page numbering for sections

I'd need to create numbered headers that dynamicly link to a footers or running header at the base of the Page (see attched visual).

Create a paragraph style for the chapter number.
Add a Running Header (Paragraph Style) variable that calls the chapter number style into the running head.
