Échec ouverture fichier

Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir mon fichier enregistré sur Creative Cloud. Même celui enregistré sur mon ordinateur ne veut plus s'ouvrir.

Si je tente de récupérer le fichier, l'application se ferme.

HELP ME!!!

Can you create a new file, save it, close it, reopen it? if so, your application is running as expected.

Can you check the properties of the document on your computer? the version of InDesign should be mentionned there as per @leo.r recommendation.

Have you looked at Recover InDesign documents

Bonjour, Oui j'ai essayé avec un nouveau fichier, je peux le creer, le fermer, l'enregistrer et le rouvrir à nouveau.

je vous mets en pieces jointes les propriétées du document que je ne peux pas ouvrir.
