Question

Embedding an Indesign webpage into Wordpress without black box and branding?

Hello

I've made an interactive page for my website, it links to different pages like a mind map menu. When I add the code to embed it I get a big black box around the page and ID branding. It doesn't look good! Is there a way to seamlessly add it in so it just looks like any other page?

Thank you in advance for reading this and for any advance you can offer....

Was there a fix for this? The large grey area around the embedded code looks terrible

An embedded Publish Online file has the extra black area around the document to accommodate the navigation arrows. And, I don't think there is any way to turn off the ID banner.

The workaround to these issues are: in your website, create an html image link to the Publish Online file, instead of using the embed code.

Hi,

Can you precise the version of InDesign and OS you are using, a screenshot could help us to give you a better answer.

I assume you mean you’ve used Publish Online. If so, just grab the embed code and copy that to your site.
