Enter key on Microsoft Pro detachable keyboard

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro with detachable keyboard, I'm trying to use enter as the enter key functions on an extended keyboard's numeric pad. Now you'd think that would be Fn+Enter but no such luck. Does anyone know the key combo to make a column break?

You'll probably have to create a new custom keyboard shortcut set and assign a combo of your choice to make it work.

I was trying to get the keyboard shortcut set to work, but it turns out I forgot to adjust the context to Text. now it's working.
