Entire hyperlink replaced with http:// after packaging

Hello! 

Im working with a client trying to solve an issue thats happened after weve packaged a large-ish guide with many hypelinks. Weve checked that the links are active and correct before packaging but after packaging some of the hyperlinks are replaced with http:// and the original link is gone. I cant figure out why this is happening or any method to which hyperlink is breaking either. I went back to the working file to doube check that its not a shared hyperlink too.
