EPub error code help

Helllllllllp!

I wonder if you might be able to help me?

I am on deadline using
In Design 2023  on a Widows PC

we keep getting the following error code=


ERROR (RSC-005) : /OEBPS/toc.xhtml(9,9): Error while parsing file: element. "ol' incomplete; missing required element "i"


the ePub must be done by 9am Monday and I have looked everywhere

heeeeeeeeelp!

    Set the TOC type to "File Name," not "None." The latter leaves a gap in the code (an <ol> with no content) which is trivial, but causes errors and validation faults.
